CSA Terms and Conditions

Our flowering season keeps us busy tending to the needs of the farm and our weekly schedule is critical to our operation.  Our subscription service and the assigned pick up days are part of our overall operational flow at the farm.

While we control every process on our farm carefully to ensure the best harvest for our planned season, there are some seasonal pressures that, can impact the growth of a crop. We promise to do our best to provide you with a bountiful share of premium flowers each week. The number of flowers, however, may vary from week to week due to optimum or extreme weather, insects, or other production factors despite our best efforts. If we are unable to meet our high standards for bouquet quality, however, we may re-assign a week to a future date for you or provide additional blooms to future weeks. Your contribution to our success deserves our best.

Pick up dates and locations:

  • CABBAGETOWN pick ups are on TUESDAYS and are to be picked up at the side gate of 82 Salisbury Ave, Toronto. Pick up time 11am-7pm
  • PEC pick ups are on THURSDAYS and are to be picked up at farmstand at 403 Main Street, BLOOMFIELD. Pick up time from 11am- 7pm

Weekly subscriptions are picked up at Noxon House Flower Farm - Farm Stand or in the Cabbagetown neighbourhood of Toronto on the assigned day as noted above.

We understand that the summer season is a time for many people to travel and we do not want any planned absences to reduce your subscription enjoyment. When possible, we ask that you receive your flowers consecutively for the number of subscribed weeks.

Once scheduled, we regret that subscription pick-ups cannot be rescheduled in the same week that they are due. They must be picked up. If you are not able to pick up your flowers on your assigned pick-up day, please send us an email or text (416) 414-3188 to provide us with the name of someone who will pick them up for you.

Unclaimed subscription bouquets, when they happen, will be donated at the discretion of Noxon House Flower Farm.

When you sign up and pay for the respective season it is non-refundable. However, unforeseen circumstances occur and nobody wants to see flowers go unloved! You can transfer any portion of your subscription to a loved one, to a friend, or have us donate the remainder of your share.

A freshly picked bouquet will include many different varieties which, if properly cared for can last from 4-7 days. If you find a problem with your flowers within 24 hours of receiving them, please contact us and include a photo and we will correct the problem and, if required, replace them for you complimentarily, the first time. If this happens repeatedly or you consistently experience less than average vase life, we may need to look into the care and handling of the flowers to make sure you are getting the expected quality from your flowers. Your confirmation email will include detailed instructions for the proper care of your fresh-cut flowers. Flowers are living things and, with good care, your flowers will age gracefully, as we would all like to do!
